Essentialism.LIVE

It’s been a minute. Or more honestly, it’s been several.
Like many of us, I’ve been navigating shifting priorities, unexpected demands, and the quiet (sometimes loud) tension between what feels urgent and what’s truly important.
In that tension, this blog — essentialism.live — took a back seat.
But stepping away has only reinforced why I started writing in the first place: to explore the discipline of less. To reflect on how we make space for what matters. To strip away the noise.
Why I’m Returning
Essentialism isn’t a one-time mindset shift. It’s a practice — often imperfect, but deeply necessary. And lately, I’ve found myself craving that practice more than ever.
Not as a productivity hack.
Not as a self-help slogan.
But as a way of living deliberately, especially when everything around me encourages the opposite.
This blog is my place to return to clarity. To ask better questions. To name what’s essential — and what isn’t.
What You Can Expect
As I restart this journey, I’ll be writing about:
Trade-offs: The real ones we make in leadership, work, and life
Boundaries: Not just how to say no, but when to say yes
Rhythms & routines: How structure creates space
Letting go: Of clutter, commitments, and expectations
No fluff. No noise. Just honest, useful reflections on choosing less — and finding more.
An Invitation
If you’re also in a season of pruning, pausing, or reprioritizing — you’re in the right place.
Let’s walk it out together.
Welcome back. I’m glad you’re here.
